no effort, no nation

me and all my friends all believe that in some of the poorest contries in the world that the governments arnt helping at all and spending it all on weapons to show how supreem they are . but what i dont understand is that if you want a supreem nation then your people need to be healthy . in places like sierra leone only have one childrens hospital in the whole country and as we learnt from sports relief the government dont seem very involved with dealing with this problem and hence the problem
